Why is the "Strength Training" not included in your stats in the same way as the cardio workout? Anyone wanna help me understand the nuances of the site?
Thanks!

You can also find it in the Cardio Database under Strength Training and it will give you a calorie burn. I think they have it in both places as some aren't tracking the calories so much as wanting to track reps, sets, weight used, etc. That's my best guess anyway.0

I saw that they do report reps and such, but cardio/calories seems to have some kind of automated calculation attached to it, while you have to seek out the information on strength training. It's just annoying because my focus is mostly strength training with like one day a week of cardio. I'd like an accurate-ish measurement of progress.0

I use Fitocracy as a good way to log my workouts.
Figure about 100cals per 20mins lifting and youll do fine.0
