I tend to overeat, always have. I guess I need to change my habits and my mindset for why I over eat, but I need tips or help on how to stay full. I eat whole grain or whole wheat carbs, I try for 130+ grams of protein a day, I try to drink as much water as I can. Even with workout calories, I always end up hungry. I want to try to find an appetite suppressant to help limit what I eat to stay under in my calories.

I also have the problem of not knowing how many calories I should be eating. I don't understand how to calculate weight training calories, so I only add on my cardio calories. The only reason I think im over eating is that I've put on weight, and I don't think its muscle weight because I look flabbier. =/

  • I've been taking Adipex-P. I took it for two months last year, and started up again last week. It does a great job at suppressing your appetite, in fact, you will probably have to make yourself eat. With a restricted calorie diet (i eat between 1300 and 1600 a day) you can definitely lose weight. I lost 40 lbs within two months. You have to get a prescription from a doctor to use it. If you would like to go the natural route, green coffee extract works pretty well. I haven't been taking it much, because i want to finish my adipex, but I tried it for two days, and it works. Again, I had to force myself to eat. Just make sure you get one that is only green coffee extract, and chlorogenic acid.
