Starting to use a Total Gym tomorrow

I've been watching the infomercials for Total Gym for years, thinking to myself I need to buy one. I looked online and knew i didn't have the money to order one. I was in a section of Craigslist and noticed an ad for one at a great price. I called and the person selling it just wants it out of their way. So I'm picking it up tomorrow and will be working out tomorrow afternoon. Hope it works as well as I think it will. Jer

Just got home with my total gym it was in excellent shape and cheap...took me a few minutes to set it up and did a 20 minute workout. Wow my arms are screaming, it is so worth it though. I wished I had spent the money on one years ago...oh well live and learn. I believe it will make a huge difference in my weight loss and build some great strength at the same time. Jer
