Didn't make it in 5 days.....guess I will go for 6 days! Working 15 hour days (with an hour ride each way) sort of effects my time to exercise! I'm off Saturday and Sunday, will have to use those as my main work out days!.0 -

This challenge was a great motivation for me to excercise more, usually too lazy but wanted to make target. Bonus I lost 0.6 kilos in a week normally I only lose 0.2 kilos.0
