Making PB last longer with greek yoghurt!

I have just discovered this and it definitely makes my pb last a lot longer and makes me feel like i'm having much more.

I used 10g peanut butter (61 calories) and mixed it with 20g of Fage Greek yoghurt (11 calories) and spread it on my toast. It was lovely! It was heaped on to my toast and made the pb taste really creamy! A 50g tbsp of peanut butter is about 95 calories and all of this which i would say is about 2.5 tbsp worth for 72 calories :)

This may be something that lots of people know but it has helped me!

  • Great replies guys.It came to me when I was looking at my portion of peanut butter and thinking 'you really don't get much for the amount of calories this is!' Has anyone ever had any success making their own peanut butter?
