I must say, since joining MFP I've made dramatic improvements. I've stopped eating man sized portions (I live in the South, how can I pass up the food?!!) I've added more fruits and veggies to my diet, and I work out every single day. Before MFP I was nothing but a couch potato, and now I'm actually starting to see some muscle! I just wanted to send out a shout out to all the women and men that post their progress, struggles, and success stories. Without this constant motivation, I do not know if I could've made the improvements that I have.
