Did you stay within your nutritional goals?
Yes

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
Yes

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Stay within my calories (1200) even w/out exercise

What would I have done differently? Not eat so many almonds

What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories.

    Yes

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I went jogging on the bike trail. =)

    What would I have done differently? I would have pushed myself just a little more at the end of my workout, and done more stretching.

    What is today's personal goals?

    Keep my calories around 1,500
    Exercise for at least 40 minutes
    Drink all of my water

    No - tough day at a family funeral

    I didn't really set goals since I knew it would be a hard day.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? gave myself a break

    What would I have done differently? nothing

    What is today's personal goals? get back on track with exercise (step class already this morning for an hour), and stay within my calorie limits
