Training and Frustrated: Question for Distance Runners

For nearly a month I've been stuck at the same weight, but the only thing I'm doing differently is running more. I'm training for a half marathon, so I'm running around 20 miles a week right now - that mileage is going to increase, too. I don't know if I'm storing water, eating too few calories (although on long run days i'm REALLY hungry, so much of my exercise calories get eaten back) or if I'm building a lot of muscle which is offsetting things. However, I don't -feel- like I'm losing fat.

I'm not sure what to do differently - my calories rarely go over my goal. I started out with MFP by eating back my exercise calories. I lost weight, about 1 pound per week which was what I wanted. Then it stopped working, so I stopped eating my exercise calories, or I stopped eating back as many of them. I lost a couple more pounds, but then that stopped working. So now I'm going back to eating my exercise calories to see what happens. Like I said, this "plateau" started around the time I got back into my half marathon training routine in June.

This has gotten to the point where I've considered giving up and just not worrying about any of this during half marathon training. Blah.
