Healthy meal plans please!!:)

Hello all....

Ok So

I live with my parents, (I'm 23 and yes, I'm working on it!!!:D) and they cook for me so I pretty much eat what they give me. We are a slim family and we never eat unhealthily but it's always pretty boring, small salad including all the usuals lettuce cucumber etc with salmon or chicken and vegetables or stir fries...

They're going away for ONE WHOLE WEEK so I get to play house and cook whatever I want...

Can anyone give me any ideas on things that I should be making to be super healthy and fill me up?
I'm heading for the supermarket as soon as they've gone!!!:)

And be gentle, I'm new to this!!
