Hey guys,
I told my wife i was going to post this about her just to get some feedback or some kinda insight. My wifes eating habbits are horrendous! she gets up and bakes cookies for breakfast, she eats cup o noodles in bed drinks nothing but sugary drinks, at least 5 iced tea cans a day. she has a junk cabinet filled with chocolate. she hates exercise but she is thin and super sexy! i am blessed to have her but it confuses me that she is able to eat like that constantly, and i need to run a mile just thinking about putting a cookie in my mouth!
Im happy for her and thank god she doesnt have to go through the hardship of weight gain and loss and i hope to god she never does. i wouldnt wish that on anyone. just interested in you thoughts

I won't speak relative to weight gain [because one day her metabolism will slow down and she will gain weight], but I would be more concerned about the long-lasting health implications. Overindulging in sodium carries an elevated risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, and damages the kidneys. Too much sugar risks diabetes and has been linked to poor memory formation and depression. And it sounds like she does not have a balanced diet--where are the veggies? Proteins?
I don't know if you are newly married or intending on having children, but consider that the kids will be getting their nutrition from their mother. If you are looking to expand your family, I would definitely look to help her curb these habits.
