    Anyone who wants to is welcome to add me, I have an odd sense of humor, but I'm supportive and friendly. I'm also on here...a lot more than I should be! I generally won't comment on food diaries unless I can see what you're eating, I'd hate to say good job to someone who consumed 300 calories of icecream bar and that's it for the day! But I do try to comment on exercise regularly and also on random postings.

    77 strangers are considered my "friend" on MFP. You know...those strangers are inspirational and encouraging. The goal will be achieved only with the encouragement and support of others. It's easy to lose focus...my friends won't let me. They are something else.

    It's difficult to keep up with all of them, since I'm not on all hours of the day. I'm sure I miss posts regularly. If I see them, I try and respond to them.

    Is it just a number located above your friends or is it people you actually converse with?

    I have to agree with this. I have 110 as the number of people who are friends, however there are a lot who don't comment and several more who haven't even signed onto the site for weeks. However the one's who I do communicate with daily are awesome!!!
