Bouncing back after a holiday weekend

Ah the 4th of July. Happy Birthday America... celebrated with lots of amazing side dishes, chips and dips, beverages of every imaginable type and oh the desserts! This 4th of July turned into a 5 day binge of food and drink,.. but it was bringing the family together right... so it had to be ok. I didn't even bother to log food during this extravaganza, I knew better. There was a free pass!!! Until this morning... when reality set in. The family is gone, the creamy macaroni salad and dirt cake are gone and all that's left is a load of laundry and 4 extra lbs! Ooops- So today is back to the grind. Zumba tonight luckily which is always a no brainder for me, as for today it's back to work with a healthy packed lunch and a snack of cottage cheese and fruit and Lots and lots and lots of water!!! Hopefully this will be a reminder for the next holiday that rolls around, it's better to make good choices and feel good sporting the two piece rather than pack the "fat suit" one peice and gorge!!! :flowerforyou:
