Old but new, too

Hi,
Like the poster before me I joined a while back but never followed thru. I tried a bunch of fad/crash diets and cleanses instead and didn't get anywhere so now I am facing the fact that I'm just going to have to count calories and workout consistantly. I've put on around 40 lbs over the last couple years after quitting smoking and my job. I think at first I'll stick to a lot of packaged premeasured food just to get the ball rolling- I bought a 6 pack of light beer for the first time in my life this weekend! I have several workout collections from beachbody like p90x, turbo jam, etc.. that I've never done all the way thru that I'm going to do as well, not sure which one to start with. If anyone wants to send me a friend request please do! I have no real life friends trying to lose weight so I'm on my own here!
