Sunflower seed butter -- what to eat it with?

I am trying to expand my diet away from refined carbs, which I eat too many of. So I bought some sunflower seed butter. I know it’s high calorie, but it has protein and good fats.

I am allergic to peanut butter, so I didn’t grow up eating nut butters … I was wondering, what can I eat sunflower seed butter with BESIDES bread or crackers?

Thanks!

celery, carrots, plain, bananas, apples, I have a friend who puts it in her yogurt, I sometimes add a little bit of peanut butter to ice cream when I'm really craving something sweet to give it a healthy edge, I'm sure you could do the same w/sunflower butter.

I have a child with a nut allergy so Sunbutter is all we eat. I eat it with fruits, by itself, celery... anything you would use peanut butter for.

Oh yum. Just eat it by the spoonful.

I could live on that stuff.

Agreed. I don't think I ever spread my last jar on anything (which is probably why it's going to be my last jar  ).
