What's my next step?

I've been on this journey for a month now and I'm loving it. I'm down 10 lbs which is wonderful! My question is for my treadmill workout I do a 1/2 hour walk/run. I walk 3 min. at 3.3 mph and run 2 min at 4.5. I'm ready to step it but I wasn't for sure what to do. There is so many options. Just curious what some of you might recommend. I could up my walking speed not for sure if I could run any faster at this point though but I could try. Or I could switch my time and run the 3 min and walk the 2. I only have a certain time I can spend at the gym so increasing my treadmill time isn't an option. Any help is greatly appreciated.
