    My dad's side of the family is Jewish and from Ukraine. They immigrated to America in the 1930s before the war due to discrimination they experienced from other non-Jewish Ukrainians.

    My mom's Dad was half English and I've actually traced that portion of my family tree to the voyage to America, they were some of the first settlers in America. The other half is Cherokee. My maternal grandmother was full Irish.

    So I'm half Ukranian/Jewish, 1/8 English, 1/8, Cherokee and 1/4 Irish
