I have been stuck at 135-137 lbs for about a month and a half.....I have remained rigid on my 1290 calorie intake...eating my workout calories (now I am not, trying to break through the plateau)....

So I was thinking about having a cheat day....where I don't log anything and just enjoy some yummy food! But I am terrified...
I have become obsessed with losing....I am so scared of gaining, even if it means it will help me in the end....

Should I take the day, and will it break my plateau really?

    Have you looked into the whole eat to lose thing? I had a similar plateau and I raised my calories from 1200 to 1500 and it TOTALLY worked. Might be worth a try? If you went up a teeny bit you probably wouldn't gain, at least.

    After looking at your photo I would suggest that you may be at a naturally perfect weight that is healthy!!! You look great! It is easy to get obsessed with losing but too many people go from healthy to sickly!!! Just think it over!!!! Good luck!!

    I am basically trying to get back into the weight I was a year and a half ago, my Navy weight. If you saw me in person, and NOT flexing, its a different story. I want to fit in those favorite jeans of mine again!~
