Lately that seem to be where all my extra fat is going... If this keeps up the ones in the back are going to be bigger than the ones in the front! What are some exercises I can do to help get rid of these?

Thanks!

You can't spot-reduce the fat; by watching what you eat, your body will lose fat from all over, in whatever order your genetics determine. You can strengthen and firm up the muscles in the area, which might help how it looks, even though you can't target the fat loss.

Rows are the main upper-back exercise that you should focus on. Whether performed with a machine, dumbbells or a barbell, it's the same idea; basically a bench press in reverse. You should be pulling the weight in a direction perpendicular to your chest (so if you're using free weights, you should be bent over until your upper body is parallel to the floor, then pull the weight straight up).

If you perform rows with your back in a more upright position, you'll be cutting many of the muscles of the back out of the exercise.

Here's the video explanation of what I'm trying to describe, from Glenn Pendlay:

    What he said!

Can't spot reduce fat, otherwise no one would have a belly. Get onto a calorie deficit and you'll start to notice the difference.

Well I started eating VERY healthy a few weeks ago, and while my clothes definately aren't falling off of me yet they already are a little looser... besides push up though, are there any other exercises I can do to tone this up?

Sure, any exercise will help you "tone" that up because it will help you lose bodyfat. That's really the key to "toning" anything. Pushups, planks, squats, lunges, inverse dips are all exercises you can do in your own home without any weights.
