I have much better balance. I used to be the person who couldn't walk across the room without tripping on something. Also my energy level is up and my sleep is better than it has been in years.0

My face used to be embarrassingly red. Like tomato-red. Like people-always-asking-me-what-is-wrong-with me-red. Now it's normal face color and I can actually run to the store without putting makeup on first without getting comments.0

I can perfom daily tasks like laundry, walking to my classes (I'm a teacher), and bringing in the groceries much more easily. Also, more importantly, the "adult time" I spend with my husband is better--more flexibility, more endurance, more desire. Sorry if that's TMI! :P0
