Birthday Countdown

In exactly one month, I will turn 26 years old. Then 2 weeks after that, I'm going to Atlanta, Georgia, for the Pride Festival. I want and would LOVE LOVE LOVE to lose 10 pounds by then..Any advice???

    same advice as everyone. Cardio 4 to 5 times a week (at least 30 minutes at a moderate or better Heart Rate), Eat a healthy, nutritious diet, eat about a 1000 calorie deficit, and watch the pounds slowly melt away, you should be able to drop 10 to 12 lbs in 6 weeks no problem.

    Thanks! It says I should eat about 1900 calories right now...How much of that should I eat?

    ahh, all of it. MFP automatically calculates a deficit for you. I'm assuming you set a goal of 2 lbs a week? Also don't shy away from the exercise calories. Trust the site, it's generally pretty accurate for most of us.
