I've been on here for almost a year now. I lost 40 pounds previously using this site and have been maintaining throughout the summer. I joined the Army recently and want to drop another 20 Lbs before I leave for BCT January 20th. Anybody else have a similar goal, maybe we can start a challenge or something..

I could prob challange myself to lose 15 lbs by Jan 1. That's 1 lb a week for me.

 What kind of challange were you thinking of?

Just set some exercise goals for yourself and stick to them till you reach your goal. I weigh myself on sundays so I'll check in every sunday with my weightloss for the week.

I was just thinking something simple along those lines.

    Any Ideas?

i think i can shoot for 20 lbs down by Jan... i just started workin out with a trainer, weight lifting about 5 times a week, cardio 4 times a week , and eating clean. I have 40 more lbs to lose, 20 would be a great goal altho with the muscle that i will be gaining it may be more like 15 lbs but we will see!I can check in on sundays, altho i may not drop weight right away due to gaining muscle. Good luck to u guys!
