Time to stay on track

Hi,
I've been using my fitness pal for a while now, but I've not used the forum before really, but reading some of the posts here has really inspired me to become more active on here. There are some really great stories!

I'm 25 and I'm looking to lose about 70lb. Currently I weigh 207., but I want to get down to 140. I lost about 2 stone a few years back, but I slowly put most of it back on. Now I'm looking to get out of the habit of yo-yo dieting and really make serious changes. I'm looking for some more inspiration, but also for accountability friends who can help me throughout this. I'll do my best to help and encourage you too.
