I drink coffee every morning. I use Splenda (a lot, because I like it very sweet) and a bit of fat free half and half. I measure out the half and half and log the 20 calories everyday.

I *feel* like I eat less because of my decadent 20-calorie treat every morning, but I wonder if the caffeine actually makes me more hungry. Can that happen?
