We all have "off" days.

For those days where you don't wanna give up but you feel crappy, what do you do? I'm having one of those days. I gain weight, then I lose a little then I gain a lot. It just sucks.

    Force myself to go to the gym. I tend to feel much better after (even if I didn't really feel like going before).

    I've had plenty. In fact I have more "off" days than not, it seems.

    I usually take a deep breath, imagine shorts, dresses, etc. and my ideal body. I eat a peach(or any other sweet fruit) and take a goat for a walk(goat farmer), ride my bike, just get everything off my mind.
