that when the dog, baby, phone, etc wakes you up 5 minutes before your alarm goes off you don't want to get up to exercise but if you have that extra 5 minutes of sleep you would be fine.

So my alarm always goes off at 5:00 am and I get up and start my day off with my exercise routine. Well this morning something was not on my side. The dog started scratching to get on the bed, the baby started crying, and my husband for a crazy phone call from a girl that was drunk - and this all happened almost simulatneously at 4:55 am. So why did I struggle to get out of bed and do my routine when it is only 5 minutes before my normal wake up time.

I just was wondering that this morning when I was forcing myself out of bed and thought I would post on here.:ohwell:

  • that would certainly put me in a bad mood for sure! That is not a good way to wake up so I can see how you would have a hard time getting up. Maybe if only one of those things happened you would have been okay but to have all of them at once is alot for anyone to handle much less to wake up to.
