Fish Oil and Omega 3-6-9?!

I've been taking a Fish Oil with my Multi-Vitamin. I want to start taking this Maximum Strenght Omega 3-6-9 pill 3 times daily, now if I do would I stop taking my Fish Oil since the Omega HAS fish oil in it???

According to Livestrong.com, too much of these fatty accids can have side affects such as bleeding and can of course interfere with other medications, so it looks like it's best to choose 1 supplement and stick with that and not combine 2 supplements with these fatty acids. As with any supplement, too much is not always a good thing. WebMd also states that too high of a dose can decrease your immune systems response to infection and because in high doses it can make it difficult for your blood to clot, can increase risk of stroke. Hope this helps.

Yes take One or the other, not both together.

Awesome. Thanks for the help. I'm looking to take my GNC Mega Man, Omega 3-6-9 when I get it and my CLA. Sure will help. :-)

If you eat meat and dairy products, you are getting more than enough 6 and 9, Most people have a deficit of 3. What's recommended is Omega 3 (fish oil or plant based) to balance the 6 and 9.

Read up on it in scientific papers and serious nutrition sites to have a better understanding.
