As an aside. How much time between my run and beginning the strides? On Friday when I finished up I took like 5 minutes and then did the strides. Is that ok?0 -

That's fine or you can just roll right into them without any break. Either one.0 -
Just wanted to update this. Been doing a lot of long ready runs for the past few weeks and today tried to run a mile for time. I cut about 20 seconds off my previous best one mile time, do it appears to be working. Thanks again!0
