What should I do?

Hi All,

Starting to get back in shape after 4 years of fertility treatments followed by my full-term twins pregnancy. My kids are 15 months old, so no more excuses (they go to bed at 7 pm, so I can workout then).

I have Turbo Fire, CharLEAN Extreme plus some Jillian Michaels DVDs. Plus hand weights, yoga mats, etc.

What should I do first? I have 55 pounds to lose. Prior to this, I was in excellent shape and worked out all the time (cardio, free weights, yoga), so I know what to expect and just how hard it is starting over. Basically I am not afraid of hard work :-)

So, what should I do?
