    I'm 5'4, as well, and started at 194 at the beginning of June. My goal weight when I started was 140, but I've since dropped it to 135, after a couple weeks of good successes.

    I think you look fantastic, but if you decide to go lower, feel free to add me, and we can both take the journey together!

    Thanks. When I was Christmas shopping last December I could barely walk around the shops for half an hour without to sit down due to back ache..... I can shop for hours now!
