Not sure whether running is for you?

I certainly wasn't. In fact I was pretty sure it was not for me.

Read my blog post to share my experience of getting started if you too are unsure if you should give it a try.

    Very nice.

And even with that 10% suggestion usually given, once you get 3 days in, if you keep 2 the same distance, that 3rd day can really start jumping up in distance pretty quick for the long slow runs training the aerobic system.

Besides, you had done so much running you had a big jump coming to ya. Just a lot easier to do since you weighed less too.

Very true. My 3rd 10k training run was such a surprise. Almost 5 min faster on same route, same conditions and same HR

I always thought I could never do it too. But I just finished day 2 of C25K, and it really wasn't that bad...

I'm glad you were successful, and shared your story, because it makes me hopeful I can do the same :)

Thank you all so much for taking the time to read my blog post and for writing such nice comments on it. It's great to read about others successes and experiences - I guess I've been doing that for quite a while here and thought it time I stopped lurking and shared my own experience.
