goals, inspirations, and rewards

I love using my fitness pal tracking my calories and exercise is an awesome tool but also all the support from my mfp friends is awesome, but today for extra support and inspiration I made a big goal list, an inspirational sayings list and printed it and taped it to the wall in my bedroom goals including my weight loss goals and all the things I want to be able to do one days when I am skinnier and healthier and able to do so (:

I also worked on a rewards jar that I am going to use every month start it on the first and evertime I work out I am going to put in whatever I have whether its some change or a dollar in the jar and then at the end of the month cash out and reward myself with something (:

I want to keep myself motivated every single day so these are just a few ways I've thought of to help me keep on track of my weight loss plan hope you like the ideas and find it helpefull
