There is a commonality among a segment of weight losers..HOW TO GET RID OF THE FRUMPIES. What are some of your solutions to this. My take on it is that women have a little inner "*****" that needs to get unleased. Getting rid of the "frumpies" is really an attitude..an attitude of feeling good about yourself. Feeling frumpy is just awful...no clothes look good, hair isn't right, bulges here and there, sluggishness..., I could go on and on. Oh yes, and the flight from picture taking... While on the weight loss journey, I have rediscovered myself. There are oodles of things we can do while we are awaiting that "new me". Here's what I have done to get started on losing the frumpies.

Arranged for makeup consultation. I even bought some new makeup and have started experimenting with new looks.
New hair cut
Monthly pedicures (I don't get manicures unless there is something special coming up because I do art work and use my hands a lot)
Went out and bought two new outfits that are bright in color and are confortable to my current figure.
I throughout all of the clothes I just didn't like, hadn't worn or just didn't look ok to good.

What are your suggestions???

I did almost the exact things, except for the makeup. I did have permanent eyeliner done though two weeks ago. I'm loving it and it was worth every penny.

I just took my 7th tote full of clothes to charity too
