Hello, myfitnesspal users. I have had an account for about 4 months now, but have decided as of 10AM today that I am going to get back on track. That goes for diet as well as exercise. I consider myself active, but have a HORRIBLE appetite. Any pointers that helped you all through the first few weeks without going crazy? :explode:
