Activities such as sightseeing, housework, shopping....

I dont want to overestimate how much I am burning but it would be nice to be able to add more "routine" actitivites. For example, today I am taking my kids to the Zoo and will be walking around/standing much of the time. Also on a routine day, I spend quite a bit of time picking up the house, doing laundry, dishes, shopping for groceries etc. I have my activity level set at Light, since I figured my activity was more like a nurse than a mailman (also not wanting to overestimate.)
It would be nice, though, to have an estimate of calories burned for these types of activities. Does anyone else have any thoughts on how to do this?
