Hi, I'm Sandra, and I'm here to watch what I eat, monitor my nutrition and if I can, lose a moderate amount of weight. The dreaded menopause weight, that sticks to our belly's. My biggest challenge so far is my lack of excerize as I have serious back and shoulder injuries from an accident so the only excersizes is one hours moderate walks and clinical Pilates physio three times a week. Otherwise Im pretty sedentary, and this won't change. also, I'm a late nighttime snacker..started three years ago and trying to break it, now only a few times I fall off.
