Arnold Presses

I have a cold, but still did my upper body work out with my PT today. One exercise which he makes me do often is the Arnold press, I hate it, and due to feeling rough I really struggled doing 3 sets today. I pointed out to my PT that the only time I ever see anyone in my gym doing this exercise is when he makes them, he just shrugged and said I know.

Does anyone else do this exercise, is it popular out in the big wide world of lifting, and are there any masocists who actually enjoy doing it?

I am just interested to see if other people do this exercise, I doubt anything would suddenly make me like Arnold presses.

Meh, not horrible but you'd get more value from a seated dumbbell, barbell, or standing dumbbell, barbell shoulder press. I'd also question the rotation of the the dumbbells being safe for the shoulder, shoulders are so easy to injure. If I were going to do a shoulder press other than a standard overhead press it would probably be the Bradley Press.

Understand that most PT's are stupid, save yourself the money, and buy a good ebook like Starting Strength or 5/3/1.
