I start off well in the morning, protein shake check, mid morning snack check, lunch ready to take to work check check.
Then I get bored, or annoyed...today I fancied a snickers so 'I'll be good the rest of the day and i'll go get one' so I did....
.then got home 'screw it I've already failed when getting that snickers I'll have two grilled cheese and ham sandwiches, a chocolate twist pastry and a cream and jam doughnut....' erm WHAT THE HELL BRAIN!
Just the average daily mentality of me at the moment....Next it will be 'well I didnt do well on monday so I'll just sack in the rest of the week and start again next monday'....and the cycle goes on and on and on

Pack your own snacks from home and don't bring any cash to spend in vending machines. I like the repetitive motion of eating so I pack things like nuts, berries, carrots, etc. If you portion it out and account for it, don't let it ruin your day. For example, I brought a serving of cheetos as a snack. It's been measured and accounted for and I'm not going to blow my evening over it.0

If you MUST have a snickers, get a snack sized one and keep it in your bag/lunch box/locker for "emergencies". That way, there's much less calorie damage and you'll feel a lot less like saying "hey f**k it" if you eat it.0
