Mid-30s - time to get serious!

Hi Everyone,

I'm Mary, 35 years old, trying to stick with this. I just started 30 day shred and the Couch to 5k program. I also take zumba classes twice/week. I'm 5'3" and about 150 pounds, trying to get to 135.

In my late 20s, I had no problem staying at 135 with eating the same things I eat now, and exercising only a little more than I currently do. It gets harder and harder!!!
