reboot for Life (juicing)

anyone try this? We tried it over the weekend. I did it for 48 hours and lost 4lbs. But it is costly, messy and we have been eating clean for a good year now. So i stopped. My Wife stopped after day one, bad head aches and it when right through her. I did not get the headache, but on Sunday, the system was flushed.

I got light headed after lunch, 4oz chicken grilled with zuchini and asparagus.

Now i feel fine. But I gonna stick with the P90.
