P90X - First Month Results

I am a week into P90X Lean version and am loving it!! I noticed so many people have such amazing results around the 60 day mark. Has anyone had a big change in their body around 30 days?

I am going on vacation in 40 days and am hoping to get leaner/toner before then. I would have started this sooner but it was a spur-of-the-moment trip. I've always done cardio but nothing to make a transformation in my body and I eat pretty healthy. Try to stick to only organic foods when possible and I am a vegetarian.

Has anyone doubled-up days to get results quicker? Extra cardio helped speed up results? If it helps, I am 5'11" and 155lbs (female). Just trying to get beach ready.

    extra cardio wont necessarily speed up results. What your diet. a good 2-3 weeks of really clean food will change your body amazingly quickly, trust me. If you do extra cardio, you need to make sure your eating enough otherwise your gonna run out of energy by the 3rd day then your gonna want to quit because you wont have the energy to complete the workouts. 40 days is more than enough time to see some good results but dont over train you body.
