    I am having a difficult time. I stay within my calories but some of my choice that I make like I reward myself with a gelatin or a smoothie from Wawa? I keep telling myself it makes no sense to exercise and monitor calories and still it bad. I know eating right is a major part. I just find it difficult to make better choices?
