I need help!

I have been working out at my gym doing a weight class called total body melt. It's a mixture of legs, arms and abs. It's extremely intense! I cannot figure out how many calories it would be or what it would be called on here. I don't have anything that I wear that can count the calories. Any suggestions? Thanks :-)
