Hi, I thought I'd introduce myself. I was refered to this by a coworker of mine as a good way to keep track of diet and exercise. I love it so far, and this is just the begining of my third day. I really does make me think more about what I am eating. I did the low-carb thing for about 9 months a couple of years ago. I lost like 40 lbs in the first 3 months on it and I felt like I was able to eat like crazy, and didn't even exercise. Now I'm realizing that was a mistake for me. The weigh came back soooooo fast when I began eating "normal" again. It was so depressing. I'm going to try this the right way, by watching what I eat, and getting some good workouts in and see how far it takes me. I know I already feel better about myself in a few days, so this is looking good!
