I just took my measurements and that was a big eye opener. I feel those speak even louder than the numbers on the scale. Oy Vey!

    Congrats!!! :bigsmile: I totally agree!!! That's what I want to see, the inches come off!!! The number on the scale doesnt bother me as long as the clothes start to fit better!!!:bigsmile:

    :blushing: i have a lot of inches to lose but it gose hand in hand you will drop weight than inches or you will lose inches than weight
