I want to create a new playlist for the gym!!! I need more music! I listen to anything and everything (rap, country, rock, metal, dance, techno, alternative, you name it)

Music gets me motivated to work harder.. so what are some good songs to pump me up while i'm in the gym???

How bout old school 80s freestyle and hip hop...one of my ChaLEAN Extreme cardios has Planet Rock (old school 80s freestyle they used to play at the skating rink) and Push It by Salt n Pepa right when you do this plyo skate move and every time I feel like I'm back at the skating rink as a teen "shuffling" (was big here in Jersey in the 80s lol). Other than that anything Godsmack, Disturbed, Rob Zombie etc. Angry music to get the adrenaline flowing lol

Although I love me some Kid Rock and he is 80% of my playlist, the Foo Fighters are tops for a good kick in the *kitten* to get you moving doing a run!

Funny I was about to post this question the other day but couldn't figure out how, but Lose Yourself by Eminem always gets me going esp. on days when I don't feel like exercising (which is everyday).
