Is it Possible?

I gained 60 lbs over the last 2 years by sitting in grad school 8 hours a day and studying all night. I truly neglected my physical body and ate whatever I could pick up quickly. I am very motivated when the little one is with dad (ex hubby), but when it's mommy time, I feel overwhelmed by work, school, household duties, and a precious child who do what kids do best. I know my hectic schedule is the source of my problem, but that will change in the next 2 months. Any advice from the single moms/dads w/o any extra social support?

It will work if you want it to. When you are about to grab some of that random food, just stop and think again. You will get there0
