    I usually lift with some sort of metal or punk: Ministry, SOAD, NIN, KMFDM, Dead Kennedys, Metallica, Korn, Misfits....

    Cardio I listen to hard house, house, or trance.

    I do almost exactly the same. Heavy stuff for lifting, electronic stuff for cardio. Good recipe! :drinker:

    Right on. Thought I was the only one !

    I love metal but more often than not while lifting I listen to standup comedy rather than music. Music is for cardio.

    mostly old school metalhead here: Current metal I like includes Broken Teeth, Taking Dawn, Halestorm, Saint Rose, and Black Tide but I prefer the "classic stuff": Kiss, AC/DC, Metallica, Scorpions, Accept, Ozzy Osbourne, Judas Priest, Def Leppard, Motley Crue, Aerosmith, Guns N Roses, Dream Theater, Kamelot, Poison, Cinderella, Bon Jovi, Dio, Ratt, TNT, Dangerous Toys, and probably every glam metal band/hair metal band known to man (or woman) LOL...

    Hell, I have all manner of metal headbanging madness on my ipod shuffling away - Everything from Sabbath/Ozzy/Motorhead, through to Metallica, Pantera, Sepultura, Slayer, Soulfly, Cradle of Filth, Bathory, Rammstein, Chimera, Bullet for my Valentine (their cover of Creeping Death kicks *kitten*) KMFDM, Poisonblack... oh the list goes on!

    I do like Hair Metal, but i dont for working out

    But yeah, love Metallica, Maiden, Slayer, makes me work harder in the gym than listening to Justin Bieber on the gym sound system!
