Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
No

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Hum?

What would I have done differently? Not eat so much - over 500 calories

What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and exercise.

    Worked Uut despite my right bursa heel issue

    Ate more Protein instead of Sugar:sad:

    Stay within my Calories, Exercise & eat less Sugar

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I was dragging a little in my workout, but I pushed myself instead of giving up and did great. I even did a tiny bit extra.

    What would I have done differently? Nothing is coming to mind, but I know there are things I could have done better.

    What is today's personal goals?

    Stay under 1,700 calories
    Workout for at least 50 minutes
    Drink all of my water and be careful about treats

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Got my derrier into the gym! lol

    What would I have done differently? Stuck it out longer on the treadmill. I kind of punked out.

    What is today's personal goals? Stay on track. Nothing big today. I'm taking a rest day before I start a new training program.

    No (should have done more abs)

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? did well on my dead lifts

    What would I have done differently? Done more abs

    What is today's personal goals? Dont go too crazy tonite with snacks (my husband works at a bar and im stuck at the house alone and bored and i tend to eat alot) and get in my 60 min of cardio and 30 min weight training...throw some abs in while watching TV tonite.
