What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I was dragging a little in my workout, but I pushed myself instead of giving up and did great. I even did a tiny bit extra.
What would I have done differently? Nothing is coming to mind, but I know there are things I could have done better.

Stay under 1,700 calories
Workout for at least 50 minutes

What would I have done differently? Stuck it out longer on the treadmill. I kind of punked out.

What is today's personal goals? Dont go too crazy tonite with snacks (my husband works at a bar and im stuck at the house alone and bored and i tend to eat alot) and get in my 60 min of cardio and 30 min weight training...throw some abs in while watching TV tonite.0 -
