now I'm really piggin upset!

I took all the advice, i've cut out most of my sugar, i eat very little carbs, 3/4 of my dinner plate is veg and or fruit,

I stopped eating sausages.
I almost stopped eating sandwiches (definitely dont take any for work lunches anymore)

Ok i still have the occasional half can of pop but dont drink it every day
I dont drink as much tea
Im up to 6 glasses of water most days.

I look at other peoples diaries where they still eat cookies cake and other sweet treats from time to time and consume 2000 cals or more. im sticking quite close to the 1200.

Im exercising as much as my condition allows. I cranked it up so much this Saturday that Sunday I was little more than useless but still managed to push myself to do some working out.

I know its no overnight thing and it takes time but i have GAINED weight!!

Im back up to 149 LBS and i cant see how!!

I'm getting sick of the taste of salad burps all day every day (even though i have been enjoying the salald) and wonder if its worth it if nothing is happening.
Im worn out and exhausted and frigging hungry

And all this fiber, fruit and veg is playing my IBS up like a b1tch!

Right now I feel like getting a huge cheesecake and stuffing the lot in one go till I feel sick.

    Why am I still hungry

    The actual quantity of food on my plate is much more than my old way of eating but i still want more.
