Remember back in the day you had a REASON to run. Get faster, more stamina. For a sport.
Running to run doesn't make much sense to me anymore, but I'll do it to not be chub gut anymore.0 -

Strong. I very rarely need to run. I am abused constantly by friends and family to build and move heavy stuff.0

you can be very strong and not be fast but if you are fast you have a certain amount of strength. so i'd go with fast because it would be awesome for playing sports.0
